THE TREEHOUSE
The gate of Villa Giovannina opens onto a piece of paradise, an ancient garden of a noble heritage that has retained its elegance and charm since generations. Those who enter are amazed by its unexpected beauty, a hidden gem in the middle of the city, an oasis of peace where only the birds can break the silence.
Between its aromatic plants and colorful flowers stands a magnificent old tree, this tree hosts a beautiful and romantic wooden house. As soon as its leaves blossom in the spring the house becomes practically invisible, everyone who goes inside experiences a passage in time and an opportunity to get lost into the nature.
Paolina, the noble landlady welcomes you to her blooming garden, offering an Italian experience rich in history, music, painting, poetry and good food.
THE GREENHOUSE
Among wonderful plants and centuries-old trees, the hosts have renovated the ancient greenhouse.
The result is an exclusive home, which combines a unique design with natural elegance, full of details and colors, in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.
The greenhouse houses four large bedrooms, with a panoramic view of the garden, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bright living room, ideal for relaxing with friends.

Villa Giovannina is located 10 minutes from the city center and the lake of Como.
The house on the tree is nested 6 meters above the ground,
the design and exquisite detail complement the natural and relaxing environment of the classical Italian garden.
